Helping individuals feels prepared, supported and educated within the world of plant medicine -
1 hour session. Receive the support that you need and deserve post-ceremony.
-
An integration session is designed to support you in your process in the aftermath of your journey.
My role is to hold space for you as you reflect and bring to the table whatever it is that you are trying to understand or process about your ceremony, and whatever is coming up for you as a result.
The aim of integration work is to embody the changes that are happening in you as a result of your ceremony. We need integration in order to experience grounded, lasting, positive change.
See FAQs below.
1 hour session. Make the most out of your journey by preparing as well as you can.

Preparing for a plant medicine journey involves physical, practical, energetic and mental components that we reflect on together, so that you can feel as ready as you can before heading in.
The aim is to enhance our own grounding and clarity beforehand so that we can meet the medicine in a clear way and therefore experience the best possible outcome.
See FAQs below.
the intricate tapestry that is true healing is woven by many threads…
one of those can be ceremony, but without the threads of dedication, alignment and embodiment, the weave will become loose.
my journey
In my early twenties, I became interested in exploring the intricacies of the human psyche - both within myself and in academic study.
I studied human biology and psychology for 6 years, though was left feeling like the depth was never quite touched upon. I saw doctors and therapists in an to attempt to understand my own crippling anxiety and health issues… and again, was left feeling misunderstood and unaided.
After an episode that encouraged me to commit to the reclamation of my own well-being, plant medicines began entering my reality. And before long, I found myself living on the other side of the world at an Ayahuasca retreat centre.
7 years later and plants (both psychedelic and not) continue to be my biggest guides, holding my hand as I continue to clean myself, reclaim my aliveness and realign myself with my purpose.
*
A pivotal moment came for me when I began to truly see that the power of this work lies not only in the ceremony itself, but in the containers we create before and after the actual journey.
As I began more consciously preparing for and integrating my journeys, as well as allowing myself to be professionally held in the aftermath, I watched as the level of transformation I experienced increased 100-fold.
In 2025, I completed an extensive 6-month training in psychedelic and plant medicine integration, learning the intricacies of plant medicine preparation and integration from a teacher with over two decades of experience.
I am now honored to be offering this support to people walking the plant medicine path. It is not a simple one to walk, but the good news is you don’t need to walk it alone.
Both in and out of ceremony, I wish that you feel deeply supported.

At the moment, I am focused on Ayahuasca, Psilocybin and Cannabis integration work. These are the medicines that I personally have the most experience with in ceremony. I also work with Dieta integration of any plant. My Dieta experience has been with Rose, Ajo Sacha, Blue Water Lily (Blue Lotus) and Cacao.

Preparation and integration for group ceremonies as well as solo journeys. Dieta integration both during or after your dieta, no matter where it is/was held.

First and foremost, there is no cookie cutter design for the way that a session can look. In that way, my approach is client-led, in that my aim is to meet you exactly where you are at and to work from there . In an integration session, this typically involves gentle questions and reflections to aid your processing, dot-connecting and embodiment.
Preparation sessions typically involve guidance, reflection and suggestions to help you prepare as well as you can physically, emotionally, mentally and practically. It also typically involves helping you form your intentions if they aren’t already clear, which is one of the most important aspects of preparation.
Overall, I am here as support and to answer any questions you have pre- or post-journey.
Above all, I’m here to meet you here and now, with the over-arching themes of these sessions being healing, embodiment and positive change.

Reflective, honest and compassionate. I’m here to guide the process and to go with where you are wanting and needing to go. Personally, I am very driven towards finding alignment within myself, and that is reflected in my work with others.
